A NOTE TO PARENTS

SCHEDULE

• The Golf Academy at St. Johns follows the St. Johns County School Calendar and does not have scheduled academy classes on national holidays.
•  Programming is based on four weeks per month. On months there are five weeks, class will only be offered four of the five weeks.
• All students will receive Junior Golf Memberships to St. Johns Golf & CC ($100/month value). Students are encouraged to utilize this membership to practice and play independently when no classes or academy dates are scheduled.
• In the event of class being cancelled due to weather or other events out of our control, make-up classes may be offered, but not required. 
• In the event of class cancelled due to coaches missing due to sickness, traveling to competitions, or recognizing vacation time, make-up classes will be offered or another instructor may be asked to step-in to teach the class.

PARENTS

• Please drop-off and pick-up attendees from the Clubhouse area. 
• The Academy Staff will escort all students to and from the Academy.
• All practices and sessions are closed to visitation and outside attendees.
• The Bridge at St. Johns is available for those wishing to wait while Academy is in session.
• In respect to all participants and schedule, practices will commence and end promptly on time.
• Coaches will be unavailable for individual counseling during these hours.
• Outside meetings may be scheduled before or after practice.

PROGRAM CHANGES

• Any programming changes or upgrades for any time of the year, please email Coach Mo a minimum of 14-days prior to the next month.
• Any late cancellations or membership changes within the 14-day window of a new month starting will be pro-rated for a particular program.
